1) Service requests

This website provides a request form to contact ProfeMount for home services in NYC. Submitting the form does not guarantee availability.

2) SMS messages (optional)

If you check the SMS opt-in box on the request form, you consent to receive SMS messages about your request/booking (customer care, scheduling, updates).

• Message frequency varies (approx. 1–4 per month).
• Message & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3) No spam

We only message in response to your request or ongoing booking updates if you opted in.

4) Liability

We will communicate scope and pricing before performing work. Customer is responsible for providing accurate information (address, access, building rules, etc.).
